During the years 1976-1985, Canadian singer/songwriter Gino Vannelli scored 4 hits on Billboard's Adult Contemporary
chart. Here's a breakdown table, including year, peak chart position, and number of weeks on the AC charts. I'm amazed that: 1) Vannelli didn't have more AC hits in the US, and 2) neither "I Just Wanna Stop" and "Living Inside Myself" hit the top spot. I consider "Living Inside Myself" to be one of the top singles of 1981. Vannelli music continues to be in heavy rotation around these parts.
