  1. Awesome table format and even better albums this time around. Love to see the "battles" as albums rise and fall then rise again. And what about that incredible three month gap on Billboard for Foreigner 4? There's a trivia question right there: What album has been Number One most often on Billboard's Top Albums chart? I don't know the answer, just curious.

    With the exception of Guilty which I just acquired in 2015 after falling hard for "A Woman In Love", I bought all of the other albums in 1981 or 1982. It was a great time to be a music fan and although I didn't attend my first concert until late in 1982, I eventually saw five of these acts live on stage performing songs from the albums listed, some of them more than once.

    This post pretty much set what music was gonna get listened to today.
